Why we built it
Today it takes weeks to properly screen a site. You have to go through the Danish land register, BBR, OIS, the cadastral register, municipal plans, local plans, satellite imagery, neighbourhood conditions, sales history — and that is just to find out whether the site is interesting.
When it turns out to be interesting, an even longer process begins: architect, project proposal, site plan, facades, structural report. Every single step takes place in its own tool.
