Attach analyses to a data room

Attach a finished result from Property valuation, Project assessment or Pipeline as a read-only snapshot, so participants see the numbers without access to the module itself.

Updated 16 June 2026

On the Analyses tab you can attach a finished result from one of your other Arcili modules. The result is shown as a read-only snapshot — participants see the numbers but cannot open or change the underlying calculation. You can attach results from Property valuation, Project assessment and Pipeline.

Note

A snapshot is a copy of the result at the moment you attach it. It does not update automatically if you later change the original calculation.

1Open the Analyses tab in the data room

Go to Data room in the sidebar, open the room, and select the Analyses tab. If nothing is attached yet, you see No analyses linked with a short explanation.

Link analysis

2Choose a module (step 1 of 2)

Click Link analysis. The dialog opens with the text Choose which module to share a result from and three options.

1Property valuation — AI price estimate for a home2Project assessment — Economics of a development project3Pipeline — Overview of a sales pipeline

3Choose a result (step 2 of 2)

Once you pick a module, the dialog switches to Choose the {module} result to share as a snapshot. Use Back to choose a different module.

What you see depends on the module:

Module List If empty
Property valuation Saved valuations and Recent valuations No saved or recent valuations — create a valuation under Property valuation first.
Project assessment Projects with a finished result No projects with a finished result yet.
Pipeline Your pipelines No pipelines yet.

Select the result to attach it. A result that is already attached is marked Linked. Once the link is saved, the dialog confirms Analysis linked.

4What the snapshot cards show

Each attached result appears as a card with the badge Snapshot · {date}, so it is clear when the numbers were captured.

Property valuationProject assessmentPipeline
  • Property valuation: Estimate, Price per m², Condition and Trades in calculation.
  • Project assessment: economics fields such as Budget, Sale case, Investor sale, Own rental and Unit plan.
  • Pipeline: Stages, Open, Won, Lost, Total value (open) and the number of deals.

To remove a snapshot, choose Remove link on the card. You confirm with Remove the analysis?

Important

The confirmation states: The snapshot will no longer be shown in the data room. The original result is not affected. So you only delete the snapshot in the room — your valuation, project or pipeline stays unchanged in its own module.

Tip

Snapshots are a quick way to show bidders a set of numbers without giving them access to the whole module. If they also need the documentation behind the numbers, upload the underlying files under Files.
