Planning analysis and 3D — straight from the plot.
Import the plot from the map or an address. Arcili pulls the local plan's requirements, the municipal plan framework and sub-area rules, and calculates the optimal number of homes and square metres. The generated site plan can be edited freely — move units, adjust size and storeys, add planting, paths and parking — and syncs to an editable 3D model.
Step 2 · Sales potential
Link the 3D model to the project economics.
Unit sales prices are pulled from the existing market via Arcili's valuation module. Rental prices and construction costs are entered directly, and the platform calculates the full project overview with every key figure.
Step 3 · Report & export
Finished documentation — in six formats.
Arcili generates a site plan, 3D rendering, technical façade and floor-plan drawings and a full sales report — bundled and ready for pre-application dialogue with the municipality, handover to advisors or internal decisions.
