Arcilix Engine is the umbrella for every algorithm in the platform — not tied to a single domain. The models carry alphanumeric codes: the same engine shares a starting letter. TP-530 and TP-820 share the sale-value engine (T); LP-240 runs on a separate rental engine (L). More algorithms are coming — beyond valuation, too.

Base model

For single homes and investment properties. Seven condition levels keep a fully renovated home and a teardown on the same street from collapsing into one number. Proximity indicators for noise, rail and traffic. The base model — TP-820 is built on top of it.
