Company details: master data and overview
Get a fast picture of a company on the Overview tab — key people, key figures, contact and portfolio — and dig into the full CVR register details under Master data.
When you open a company, you land on Overview — a single page with key people, key figures, contact and portfolio. The Master data tab gives you the full register details from CVR. Together they give you a fast, complete picture of the company: who runs it, how the finances look, and what it owns.
1Open a company
Search for the company under Companies in the left sidebar — by name or CVR number — and click the result to open the detail page.
At the top you see the company name, a colored status badge (e.g. Normal or In bankruptcy) and the address. Right below the name is a quick subtitle with CVR, Company type, Industry and Start date.
The status badge is color-coded so you can tell at a glance whether the company is active or under a critical event (bankruptcy, compulsory dissolution, liquidation, reconstruction).
2Read the Overview tab
Overview gathers the most important cards so you don't have to click around. Each card is clickable and takes you straight to the full tab.
Key people — director, chairman, auditor and owners Key figures for {year} (DKK) — Gross profit Result Balance Equity Contact — address, phone, email and website Portfolio — subsidiaries, production units and properties Value — total property value in the portfolio Master data — company type, start date, employees and industry
- Key people shows the central roles with role badges and start date. Click a person to open their profile.
- Key figures for {year} (DKK) shows the latest financials with year-over-year change in percent. Click to open Financials.
- Portfolio and Value summarize property ownership across the company and its subsidiaries. Click to open Portfolio.
3Go deeper with Master data
Open Master data for the full register details from CVR. The left table shows the core master data:
The table also holds Marketing protection, Address, First accounting period, Accounting year, Latest articles date, Capital classes, Registered capital and Postal address. Fields without data are hidden automatically.
Additional flags and fields
- Listed on stock exchange and Audit waived appear as badges when they apply.
- AML status appears if registered.
- Latest employees (ERST) shows the most recent headcount with month/year.
- Signing authority reproduces the company's full signing rule.
- Last updated shows when the data was last fetched.
4Industries, purpose and contact
On the right side of Master data you find supplementary cards:
- Industries — primary industry with industry code plus any secondary industries.
- Purpose — the company's purpose as stated in its articles.
- Contact — Phone, Email and Website (opens in a new tab).
- Trade names — registered trade names as chips.
- Mergers and Demergers — with date and a link to the related company.
Click a link in Mergers or Demergers to jump straight to the related company's detail page and follow the corporate chain.
