Property details on the map: parcel, buildings, units and owners
Click a parcel on the map to see plot, building, unit and owner data gathered in the side panel — areas, BBR buildings, condominiums with transaction prices and the registered owners.
When you click a parcel on the map, Arcili opens a side panel with all the public data about the plot in one place — parcel and plot figures, buildings from BBR, units with transaction prices, and the registered owners. You get a complete property picture without leaving the map, and you can always jump on to the full property page.
1Select a parcel
Open Kort and click a parcel boundary on the map. Arcili automatically switches to the Property tab and loads the data:
The parcel outline is highlighted instantly, and the panel fills in as plot, building and planning data arrive.
If you haven't selected anything yet, the panel shows Click on a parcel / to see information. Click anywhere on a plot to get started.
2Read the parcel and plot data
At the top you'll see the address, the Matr. number with cadastral district, the municipality and a zone badge. Just below are the key figures in a stat grid:
The Plot section adds:
Road area — m² Water area — m²
Use the Open property page button to go to the full property, or the button next to it to copy a shareable link to this exact parcel.
3Review the buildings (BBR)
The Buildings section sums up the areas across every building on the plot:
Total building area · Total residential area · Commercial area · Total basement area
Click to expand the list. Each building shows its use and area — click a building for details:
Construction year · Built area · Total area · Residential area · Commercial area · Number of floors · Basement area
If you see Building data not available or Partial data available, it means BBR hasn't delivered a full data set for the plot yet — the figures fill in as soon as they're ready.
4Expand the units
Click to see the individual residential and commercial units. Units that are divided into condominiums are tagged with a Condominium label. Expand a unit to see:
Total area · BBR residential area · Commercial area · Number of rooms
For condominiums you also get the latest transaction price and per-m² price, and you can click Open condominium page to open that individual condominium in the side panel.
If the whole property is divided, Arcili collects the apartments under Opdelt i ejerlejligheder with address, number, area and owners per apartment.
5See the owners
The Owners section lists the registered owners — both individuals and companies:
Each owner is shown with a status badge (e.g. active or in bankruptcy), the ownership type (private individual, A/S/ApS, municipality and more), Ownership share and CVR number for companies.
If the property is divided into condominiums, owners are attached to each individual apartment under Opdelt i ejerlejligheder rather than one combined owner list — because each apartment can have its own owner.
