Investigate a property

A property's detail page gathers everything publicly available about the cadastre in one place — spread across eleven tabs.

Updated 5 June 2026

A property's detail page gathers everything publicly available about the cadastre in one place — spread across eleven tabs. This article gives you a quick map of each tab, so you know exactly where to find building data, ownership, planning rules, land registration and economy. Open a property from Properties, from the map or via search, and move between tabs in the horizontal tab bar.

Tip

On mobile you can swipe left or right to switch between tabs. The tab bar scrolls horizontally, so all eleven are always within reach.

1Overview

The tab you land on. It collects the key figures in three cards: Cadastre & buildings (plot area, buildings, building area, building coverage, units), Trade & valuation (latest trade + public valuation) and Listing & conservation. Energy label and zone status appear as badges, and environmental indicators can be toggled on as map layers right from here.

2BBR, Ownership and Portfolio

The next three tabs cover the building stock and who owns what.

BBR

BBR shows building data from the Building and Housing Register, split into Cadastral parcels, Buildings, Units and Technical installations — with use, construction, area and installations per building.

Ownership

Ownership shows an Owner overview with each owner's Type (person or company) and Ownership share. If the property is a Parent property that is Divided into condominiums, you can browse the related Condominiums from here.

Portfolio

Portfolio draws an interactive network diagram of the owners' other properties and company holdings — click a node to follow the ownership chain further.

3Trade history, Plan data and Registration

The legal and historical layers.

Trade history

Trade history lists registered trades on the property over time.

Plan data

Plan data shows the plans that apply to the cadastre — Local plan and Municipal plan framework — with building rules such as Max building coverage, Max floors, Max building height, Max residential units and Zone status.

Registration

Registration pulls data from the Digital Land Registry: Current Owner, Historical Ownership, Encumbrances and Easements. You can open the official Land Registry Certificate or go straight to tinglysning.dk.

Note

If land registration is not activated for your team, Land registry not activated is shown with a link to open the register directly on tinglysning.dk.

4Economy

Economy gathers the numbers behind the property's value: Trade history, Valuation history (with Property value and Land value over time), Recent similar trades and what is Currently listed in the area.

5Documents, Area and Notes

The last three tabs: files, surroundings and your team's internal notes.

Documents

Documents collects downloads in groups — Master Documents, Land Registration, Plans, Energy Label Reports, Annual Reports, Building Case Documents and Grundejernes Investeringsfond — plus BBR data (Excel).

Area

Area analyses the surroundings: Transport, Proximity score, Coast distance and Noise conditions in the immediate area.

Notes

Notes lets you write internal notes on the property. Notes are shared with the rest of your team and shown with date and author.
