Property details: Portfolio and owner network

The **Portfolio** tab draws the property's ownership network as an interactive graph: the owner at the centre, and outward the companies, subsidiaries and people behind it.

Updated 5 June 2026

The Portfolio tab draws the property's ownership network as an interactive graph: the owner at the centre, and outward the companies, subsidiaries and people behind it. You can expand ownership chains, open details for each party and export the whole diagram as a report or image — so in seconds you understand who really controls the property.

1Open the Portfolio tab

Open a property from Properties or Map, then pick the tab in the tab bar on the detail page:

OverviewOwnershipPortfolioEconomyArea

The graph is built from the property's registered owners. The root in the middle is the property itself, and each owner is attached with arrows showing the ownership relationship.

Note

If the property has no registered owners, the tab instead shows the text Ingen ejere registreret (No owners registered). This typically happens for parent properties that are split into condominiums.

2Read the ownership network

Each node in the graph is an owner — a company or a person. Company and person nodes show the ownership share and an Owner since date where data exists.

Root
The property
Address at the centre
Owner
Company / person
Direct owner
Share

Or former

Drag the nodes to rearrange the graph, and pan/zoom to navigate. On desktop use the zoom controls in the corner; on mobile re-fit the graph with the centre button.

3Expand ownership chains

When a company sits behind the owner, you can dig one layer deeper. Click Show relations on a node to expand its subsidiaries and underlying owners:

Node action

Show relations — expands the company's owners and subsidiaries Hide relations — collapses the layer again

This lets you follow the ownership all the way up through holding companies to the people or entities that ultimately control the property.

4Filter active vs. all

In the top-left of the graph two filter pills control how much is shown. The number next to each pill counts along:

Filter

Active — only current owners and active companies All — also former ownerships and closed companies

Start with Active for a clean picture of who owns today, and switch to All when you want the history with previous owners.

5Open details and navigate on

Click a node to open a side panel with key figures for the selected owner or property. From here you jump straight on through the system:

  • Go to the property — opens the property's detail page
  • Go to the company — opens the company's detail page
  • Go to the person — opens the person's profile

The side panel also shows relevant key figures such as Residential area, Commercial area and Handelspris (trade price) where data exists.

6Export the diagram

The export actions sit in the top-right of the graph:

  • Get report — generates a PDF of the portfolio. Choose Dansk or English in the language menu before download.
  • Save image — saves the graph as a PNG image.
Tip

On mobile the same actions are gathered under the three-dots button in the top-right of the graph.
