Company report: financials and history as a PDF
Generate a branded PDF report for a CVR company with master data, five years of financials, management, ownership and a chronological history — in Danish or English.
The company report gathers an entire CVR company into one branded PDF: master data, five years of financials, management, ownership and a chronological history. It builds straight from the public registers Arcili has already looked up for you, and downloads in Danish or English with a single click. Follow the flow from company to finished report.
1Open the company
Look up the company via Companies in the left sidebar — search by name or CVR number and click the result to open the detail page.
Search company or CVR number…
The detail page is split into tabs. The report is generated from Portfolio — this is where the full ownership and group structure is assembled.
All data in the report comes from public registers — CVR and the Danish Business Authority for company data, and linked property registers for the portfolio. You don't fill anything in yourself; the report reflects what Arcili has already looked up.
2Download the report as a PDF
In the Portfolio view you'll find the Get report button. Click it to open the language picker:
Choose language Dansk English
The report is generated in the chosen language independently of the app's UI language — pick English when presenting to an English-speaking recipient. While the document builds, the button shows a loading state; the PDF downloads automatically once it's ready.
On mobile the same action lives in the menu behind the icon in the panel header — you choose the language the same way.
3Understand the report's structure
The cover page shows the company's key details — CVR number, company form, status, registered address, founding date and industry — alongside four key figures pulled from the latest financial statement:
The figures above are placeholders. The actual values are pulled from the company's most recent published accounts and its current portfolio.
After the cover comes a table of contents, and the report is then divided into five chapters. Each section gets its own number and a page number at the bottom:
Overview — master data, signing rule and audit Financials — income statement, balance sheet (assets and liabilities), growth rates, other key figures and employees People — owners, management and key people, plus founders Ownership and portfolio — ownership chains and portfolio accounts across companies History and entities — chronological history, production units and properties
4Read the financials and history
The Financials chapter shows five years of figures side by side, so you quickly see the trend. The income statement and balance sheet are fully itemised, and growth rates flag rises and falls year over year.
In the People chapter you'll find management split into board and executives with role and term, plus both legal and beneficial owners with their stakes. The History chapter lays out every CVR change as a chronological timeline — additions and removals are clearly marked, so you can track things like executive changes, industry or status changes over time.
The report is built for physical print: A4, legible type sizes and margins with room for notes. Save the PDF locally or print it straight from your browser's PDF viewer.
