Choosing PDF language: Danish or English

Generate each PDF report in Danish or English independently of the app language — pick the language on the download button just before you download.

Updated 6 June 2026

Arcili lets you generate each PDF report in either Danish or English — independent of the language you use the app in. You pick the language at the moment you download, so you can work in a Danish interface and still send an English-language report to a foreign investor, partner or lender.

1Find the download button

The language choice sits on the download action itself, in the modules that produce PDF reports. You will find it in, among others:

  • Boligvurdering — the AI price report
  • Udlejningsvurdering — the market-rent report
  • Projektvurdering — the financial assessment
  • Projektudvikling — the full development report
  • Document and portfolio exports on properties and companies

When you click the download button, a small menu opens with the language choice instead of starting the download right away.

2Choose Danish or English

The menu shows a heading and two options:

Choose language

Choose language Dansk English

Click Dansk for a Danish-language report or English for an English one. The download starts as soon as you choose.

Note

The language choice applies only to the report you are generating. It does not change the language of the rest of the app — your interface stays as it is. To switch the whole app's language, do it in settings.

3What the language affects

The choice controls the text the report is written in — headings, table headers, labels, explanations and notes are translated into the chosen language.

The calculated numbers and amounts are the same regardless of which language you choose — only the surrounding text is translated. Your company logo and title-block details are inserted unchanged from your settings.

4Use it for English-speaking recipients

The typical use is sending material outside your team:

  • A business case for a foreign investor in English
  • A valuation report for an international buyer or agent
  • A development report for a partner who does not read Danish

You keep a Danish interface and Danish workflow for yourself — only the document that leaves the system is in English. If you need both versions, simply download the report twice and pick a language each time.

Tip

Feel free to generate both languages at once while you have the report open: choose Dansk for internal documentation and English for the external recipient.
