Save and reuse valuations and searches

Arcili remembers your recent searches in a history and lets you save searches permanently with a name — so one click takes you back to the same property, filters and selected references.

Updated 5 June 2026

When you analyze comparable sales in Bolig- og områdeanalyse, Arcili remembers your searches for you. Recent searches land automatically in a history, and you can save a search permanently with a name — so a single click takes you back to the same property, the same filters and your selected references.

1Find history and saved searches

Open Bolig- og områdeanalyse in the left sidebar. On the landing view — before you pick a property — you see two lists side by side:

HistorySaved
  • History shows your recent searches with the filters you used. The list updates automatically as you work.
  • Saved shows the searches you chose to keep — including the reference properties you had selected.
Note

If you haven't searched yet, both lists show an empty state: No history yet and No saved searches yet. They fill up as soon as you make your first search.

2Save a search permanently

Once you've searched an address and adjusted radius, time period and trade type, you can save the search. Use the button in the toolbar:

Save search

Arcili confirms with a short message — Search saved — and places the search at the top of the Saved list. A saved search contains:

Property
BFE + address
The starting point of the search
Filters
Radius · period · type
The exact settings you used
References
Selected sales
The reference properties you had marked

You can also save directly from History: each history row has a action that lifts the search into Saved.

Tip

Save a search before you close the tab or switch property. History rotates automatically and keeps only your most recent searches — a saved search stays until you remove it yourself.

To return to a search, just click the row — in either History or Saved. Arcili reloads:

  • the property (BFE and address)
  • all filters: radius, time period and trade type
  • your selected reference properties (saved searches only)

You're instantly back exactly where you left off — without re-entering the address or filters.

4Name and clean up

A saved search is automatically named after the property's address. You can rename it to make it easier to recognize:

Saved search

Strandvejen 12, 2900 Hellerup1 km radius 24 mo. 3 selected Rename Delete

  • Click the name to edit it inline, then confirm to store the new title.
  • Use to remove an entry you no longer need — this works for both history and saved searches.

5On mobile

History and saved searches work in the Arcili app too. Your saved searches are mirrored to the device, so you have the same list when you open Bolig- og områdeanalyse on your phone.

Important

History and saved searches live on the device and browser you use. If you switch computers or clear local data, the lists start over. So save the searches you'll want to find again.
