Notes on properties and people

Add internal notes directly on a property or person and share them with your team. Write, edit, and delete your own notes — every team member sees them in the same context.

Updated 6 June 2026

Notes let your team capture observations directly on a property or a person — an agreement, a caveat, or a reminder for whoever opens the case next. Every note is shared with the rest of your team, so you work in the same context instead of scattered emails and documents.

1Open the Notes tab

Notes are available on both properties and people. Open a property (/ejendomme/:bfe) or a person, and select Notes at the far right of the tab bar:

The panel is headed Shared with your team — anything you write here is visible to your colleagues on the same team.

Note

You must be signed in and have an active team to write notes. With read-only access and no active team, you can see existing notes, but the composer is hidden.

2Write a note

The composer sits at the top of the panel. Type your note and save it:

Write a note or comment …

Click Add note to save. While the note is saving, the button changes to Adding …, and you get a confirmation: Note added.

Tip

No need to reach for the mouse — press + Enter (or Ctrl + Enter) in the composer to save the note instantly.

3Read the team's notes

Notes appear as a list below the composer, newest first. Each note shows the author's initials, name, and timestamp:

Note

Maria Hansen (you) · 3 Jun 2026, 14:32 Owner wants to be contacted after the summer break — not before week 32.

  • If the note is your own, (you) appears after the name.
  • If a note was edited after it was created, it is marked · edited.
  • If there are no notes yet, you see No notes yet with a short prompt to write the first one.

4Edit or delete your own notes

You can only change notes you wrote yourself — other people's notes are read-only. On your own notes, two actions appear on the right:

  • Edit — opens the note inline. Adjust the text and click Save (or Cancel to discard).
  • Delete — asks for confirmation before removing the note.

When you delete, a dialog opens:

Delete note?

This can't be undone. The note will be removed for the whole team.

Warning

A deleted note is removed for the whole team and cannot be restored. Only delete when you're sure.
