Set up the company drawing title block
Configure your team's fixed standards for architectural drawings in one place: company name, logo, CVR, paper format and A104 metadata, inserted automatically into every PDF export.
The company drawing title block gathers your team's fixed standards for architectural drawings in one place — company name, logo, CVR, paper format and A104 metadata — so every PDF export gets a consistent, correct title block with no manual work. The settings apply to the whole team and are used automatically in all exports unless overridden per project.
The drawing title block is company-wide and can only be changed by an Owner or Admin. Other members can see the fields but cannot edit them.
1Open the Drawing title block tab
Go to Settings (Workspace settings) and select the Drawing title block tab in the pill bar at the top.
The title block is based on the Molio bips A104 standard. The field values here are inserted into the title block on every PDF export for the team.
2Fill in the drawing company
Under , enter the company master data:
Company name — e.g. Arcili ApS Address — e.g. Munkebjergvej 12, 2840 Holte CVR no. — e.g. 12345678 Company type (A104 B) — select from list
The CVR number is sanitized automatically (spaces are removed on save).
Upload a company logo
In the Logo field, upload your team's logo. It appears in the bottom-right of the A104 title block.
Recommended logo: PNG ≥ 256px, ≤ 500 KB. PNG, JPEG and SVG are supported. Click Remove logo to reset.
3Set project defaults
Under , set the values that are filled in automatically on new projects — and can always be overridden per case:
The project ID prefix is used as the I field in A104 drawing numbers (the IXXX_KXX_HX_EXX pattern) and is auto-sanitized to uppercase.
4Choose system standards
Under , choose the technical default values for the drawings:
Discipline — select Knowledge area — select Default paper format — A4 A3 A2 A1 A0 Coordinate system — free text Height system — free text
The paper format is used as the default sheet size in exports. Coordinate system and height system are free-text fields.
5A104B metadata
Under , fill in the remaining A104 codes that belong to the title block:
- Location code (A104 L) — free text, e.g.
L01(building A). Auto-prefixed withLif you omit it. - Contractual organization (A104 W), Enterprise type (A104 Y), Information level / BIM-LOD (A104 J) and Process type (A104 P) — selected from a list.
- Theme (A104 T) — select from a list, or leave it on (no theme).
Click Save standards at the bottom. Only the fields you actually changed are saved — and you get a count (e.g. "Drawing standards saved (3 fields)").
6Personal initials (per user)
Company name, logo, CVR and A104 defaults live at team level — but your own initials are personal. Go to Settings (your profile, opened via the avatar button at the bottom of the sidebar) and set:
If you leave Drawn by empty, the initials are derived automatically from your name. Then click Save initials. The Company drawing title block shortcut on the same page takes you straight back to the team title block.
