Manage your profile and personal settings
Edit your name, email and password, choose language and appearance, control notifications, enable two-factor and set your drawing initials — all gathered under Settings.
Under Settings you gather everything personal to your account — name, email, password, language, appearance, notifications and your drawing initials. Each section saves itself, so changes take effect immediately. Here is the full walkthrough.
1Open Settings
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. At the top you meet your profile card with avatar, name, email and your role in the team:

Your role (Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer) and company name only appear if you belong to a team. The role is controlled by the team owner — you don't change it here yourself.
2Edit name and email
Click Edit profile. A small form unfolds in the profile card with two fields:
Your full name
Click Save changes to save.
If you change your Email, a confirmation email is sent to the new address. You must open the link in that email before the change takes effect — check your inbox.
3Choose language and appearance
Two separate sections control how the app looks for you.
Language
Open Language and choose between:

The language switches instantly across the whole app.
Appearance
Open Appearance and pick a theme:
Light Dark
4Control your notifications
Open Notifications. Under the heading Project agent you choose where you want to be notified when an automatic scan finds new properties:
In the app Show new properties in the notification panel By email Get an email when an automatic scan finds new properties
Enable push / Disable push only appears in the native mobile app. Push lets you be notified even when the app is closed — see Mobile: push notification setup.
5Security: password and two-factor
Change password
Open Account and click Change password. Fill in:
New password
Confirm password
Click Update password.
When you change your password, you are signed out on all devices for security. Log in again with the new password.
Two-factor authentication
In the Two-factor authentication section, click Set up MFA, scan the QR code with an authenticator app and confirm with a 6-digit code. Detailed guide: Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA).
6Drawing initials for reports
Open Mine initialer. Here you set the initials that are filled in automatically in the title block on your PDF drawings:
Tegnet af (initialer) — e.g. SB Kontrolleret af (initialer) — — Godkendt af (initialer) — —
Click Gem initialer. If you leave Tegnet af empty, initials are generated automatically from your name.
The company-wide standards — company name, logo, CVR and paper format — are set by the owner/admin under Firma-tegningshoved. See Set up the company drawing title block.
7Data and sign out
At the bottom you'll find two sections for cleanup and access.
- Data & Storage → Clear local data deletes local cache and search history on this device.
- Danger Zone → Log out (this device), Sign out from all devices (all sessions), and Delete my account.
Delete my account requires you to type DELETE to confirm. The action cannot be undone — your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. See Delete your account permanently.
