Customize reports with company logo and Drawing Defaults
Upload your company logo, set company name, paper format and your initials — they're inserted automatically into all PDF reports and drawings.
When you generate a PDF report or an architectural drawing in Arcili, the system automatically inserts your company logo, company name and a set of default values. You set them up once — and every export stays on brand without you filling anything in by hand each time. The settings are split in two: company-wide values (logo, company name, paper format) controlled by owner/admin, and your personal initials for the drawing title block.
1Understand the two levels
Arcili separates what applies to the whole team from what is personal to you:
The company-wide drawing title block is used in all PDF exports unless overridden per project. Your initials are filled in automatically on every drawing you make.
The company-wide fields can only be changed by owner or admin. As a regular member you can see the fields, but they are locked (read-only).
2Set your personal initials
Open Settings from the menu and expand the My initials section. Here you set the initials that appear on the drawing title block:
Drawn by (initials) — e.g. SB Checked by (initials) Approved by (initials)
The initials are auto-generated from your name if you don't type them yourself. Click Save initials to save.
The Drawn by field is used as the default drafter field on all your drawings — so it's the most important one to set.
3Open the drawing title block
At the bottom of My initials, click the Drawing title block shortcut — or go straight to Settings and pick the Drawing title block tab:
This is where all the company-wide standards live, grouped into cards: Drawing company, Project defaults, System and A104B metadata.
4Upload logo and company details
Under the Drawing company card you fill in the company details and upload the logo:
Company name — e.g. Arcili ApS Address — e.g. Munkebjergvej 12, 2840 Holte CVR no. — e.g. 12345678 Logo — Choose file · PNG ≥256px, ≤500KB
The logo appears in the bottom-right of the drawing title block. You can always swap it with Remove logo and upload a new one.
The logo can be at most 500KB and must be PNG, JPEG or SVG. If the file is too large it is rejected with an error message — compress it first.
5Choose paper format and project defaults
In the System card you set the default paper format used when a drawing or report is generated:
Default paper format — A4 A3 A2 A1 A0 Coordinate system Height system
In the Project defaults card you can set a default Client and a Project ID prefix that are applied to new projects — both can always be overridden per case. Click Save standards when you're done.
