PowerPoint and Excel export of the development model
Export your finished development model to an editable PowerPoint sales deck and an Excel workbook with project economics and housing types — straight from the report step in Projektudvikling.
When your development model is finished, you can export it to an editable PowerPoint presentation and an Excel spreadsheet — not just to PDF. PowerPoint gives you a ready-made sales deck with a cover, site plan, 3D visualization and key figures, while Excel delivers the project economics and housing types as sheets you can keep calculating in. Both files are generated directly in the app and downloaded to your device.
1Find the export buttons
The exports live in the final step of Projektudvikling — the report step where the combined development report is built. When the report is ready, you'll see Report ready! followed by the download buttons.
Download PDF Download salgspræsentation (PPTX) — Download projektøkonomi (Excel) —
The buttons are only active once the report has finished building. If data is missing (for example, the economics haven't been filled in), the related slides/sheets are simply skipped rather than failing.
2Export to PowerPoint (PPTX)
Click Download salgspræsentation (PPTX). Arcili builds a widescreen presentation (16:9) with your company name as author and title — ready to present to a client, investors or lenders.
The presentation assembles up to five slides:
- Cover — project name, address, plot area and cadastral number on a dark brand background, with a dimmed 3D render behind it if you've generated one.
- Site plan — your top-down site plan image at full width (included only if a site plan image exists).
- 3D visualization — up to four 3D screenshots in a 2×2 grid with angle labels.
- Key figures — cards for address, plot area, cadastral number, number of homes, average sales price per m² and estimated sales total.
- Project economics — a feasibility table with total investment, sales total, profit before tax, margin, build cost per m² and annualized ROI (included only when the economics have been calculated).
The file is named <project name>-salgspræsentation.pptx.
3Export to Excel (XLSX)
Click Download projektøkonomi (Excel). You get a workbook with two sheets, formatted in Arcili colors:
- Project economics — the full cost waterfall (land purchase price, build cost, advisor fees, contingency, financing, municipal charges, marketing), selling costs, total investment and total sales price. At the bottom, a key-figures section with profit, margin, ROI, annualized ROI, NPV, build cost per m² and project duration.
- Housing types — the unit mix per row with level, floor, count, m² per unit, price per m², price per unit and total price, ending in a TOTAL row.
Amounts are formatted as numbers with a "kr." suffix, so they calculate correctly. The file is named arcili_projektoekonomi_<project name>.xlsx.
The Excel sheet is built to work in further: adjust the numbers locally to run quick scenarios before you lock the business case.
4Using the exported files
Both the PPTX and the XLSX download directly to your device and open in PowerPoint/Excel (or Google Slides/Sheets, Keynote/Numbers and more). They're fully editable locally — slides, text, figures and tables can be changed freely.
Changes you make in the downloaded file are not written back to the project in Arcili. The files are a snapshot taken at export time. To refresh the figures from the source, adjust the project and export again — use Regenerate PDF if you also want a fresh report.
