Conversation list, history, download and sharing of chats

Find earlier conversations in the history panel, search, rename and delete them — and download, export to PDF or share a full conversation.

Every conversation with Arcili Assistant and the specialist agents is saved automatically, so you can always return to an earlier answer. From the history panel you search, rename and delete conversations — and you can download or share a full conversation in just a couple of clicks. This guide walks the whole flow from opening history to exporting a file.

1Open chat history

History is available from every chat page — both Assistant and the specialist agents (BR18, Planlov, Moms, Udvikling). Click the history icon in the chat header to open the panel, which slides in from the right:

The panel loads your conversations for the active agent, sorted newest first. Each entry shows the title and how long ago it was last updated. Conversations tied to a parcel also show the address with a marker.

Note

History is personal and syncs across your devices — the same list appears in the browser and in the mobile app. The list refreshes automatically, so a new or deleted conversation shows up immediately.

2Find, rename and delete conversations

Use the search field to filter by title. Hover a conversation (or tap it on mobile) to reveal the action buttons:

Rename — edit the title directly in the list Delete — remove the conversation permanently

  • Rename: Click , type a new title and confirm with or Enter. Cancel with or Esc.
  • Delete: Click . You are asked to confirm — Are you sure? Yes / No. Once you confirm, you see Conversation deleted.
Warning

Deleting cannot be undone. The conversation and all of its messages are removed permanently. To keep the content, download or share the conversation first (see step 4).

Click a conversation in the list to reopen it. You can always start fresh with New conversation from the panel header.

3Reopen or start a new conversation

When you select a conversation, it opens in full context with the entire thread preserved:

  • An Assistant conversation opens at /assistent.
  • A specialist conversation (e.g. BR18 or Planlov) opens with the right agent at /chat/<agent>.
  • An Udvikling conversation is tied to the parcel it was started on.

You can continue right where you left off — the messages load instantly, and you simply keep typing in the input field.

4Download or share a conversation

With a conversation open, you find the export actions in the chat header. On desktop they appear as icons; on mobile they collapse under the menu (they only show when there is actually a conversation to export).

Download — save the conversation as a text file (.txt) Export as PDF — Assistant only Share — share or copy the conversation

  • Download saves the whole conversation as a .txt file on your device. You get a confirmation: Conversation downloaded.
  • Export as PDF (available in Arcili Assistant) produces a formatted PDF of the conversation. Confirmation: Conversation exported as PDF.
  • Share opens your device's share sheet on mobile so you can pass the conversation along. On a computer the conversation text is copied to the clipboard with the message Conversation copied to clipboard, ready to paste into an email or note.
Tip

Download as .txt is the fastest route to an archive copy when you just want to keep an answer for the record. To present or share a conversation externally, use Export as PDF in the Assistant.
