Introduction to Arcili Assistant
Ask questions in plain language and let Arcili Assistant find properties, companies and people in public registries. Learn to attach files, choose response speed, navigate via entity cards and bring in specialist agents like Rex, Lex, Tex and Dex.
Arcili Assistant is your conversational gateway to the entire platform — ask a question in plain language, and the assistant searches public registries, finds properties, companies and people, and builds the answer with clickable cards you can navigate from. It can also bring in specialist agents when a question calls for deeper expertise in building regulations, planning law or VAT.
1Open Arcili Assistant
Find the assistant under Tools in the left sidebar. This is where the Assistants group with the conversational agents lives.
When you open the assistant, you are met by the welcome screen "How can I help you?" with a few example prompts you can click directly. To start fresh on a clean conversation, click New conversation at the top.
Click one of the prompts on the welcome screen — for example Find information about a property at an address or Run a market analysis for a postal code — to see what the assistant can do without writing the first question yourself.
2Write your question
Type in the field at the bottom and send with the button or Enter:
Ask anything from properties to companies…
The assistant is optimized for Danish property and business data. It draws its answers from public registries — building data (BBR), the company registry (CVR), the land register, planning data and the address register — so you get factual answers you can act on.
While it works, it shows short status lines such as I'm getting started and reading the question… and I'm preparing the conversation and gathering context…, so you can follow along.
3Choose response speed
To the left of the input field is a response-speed button. Pick the mode that fits the question:
Fast — Quick answers to simple questions Standard — Balanced speed and depth Thinking — Deep analysis for complex questions
The choice is saved on the conversation, so you can switch up to Thinking for a demanding scenario and back to Fast for quick lookups.
4Attach images, PDFs and documents
Click Attach file to send a file with your question — for example a drawing, a plan document or a spreadsheet. You can also paste an image straight from the clipboard into the input field.
Images appear as a preview before you send. The maximum file size is 10 MB; if the file is larger, you'll see the message File too large (max 10 MB).
In the mobile app you can take a photo straight from the camera via the Take photo button in the input field.
5Navigate from entity cards
When the assistant finds concrete data, the result appears as clickable cards in the answer. Click a card to go straight to the detail page:
Some cards are actions rather than entities — for example Show on map, Open Boligvurdering or View comparable sales — taking you straight to the right module with data filled in.
6Bring in a specialist
For demanding professional questions, the conversation can suggest a specialist agent, or you can open them directly under Assistants in the sidebar. Each specialist has its own domain:
Rex looks up the Danish Building Regulations (fire, energy, access, structures), Lex the Planning Act and local plans, and Tex VAT on real estate. Dex (Development AI) analyzes the building potential of a specific parcel and opens via Map — pick a parcel to get started.
Arcili can make mistakes. Verify important information before making decisions based on an answer.
7Save, download and share the conversation
Your conversations are saved automatically. Open Chat history at the top to find and reopen earlier conversations. Once a conversation is running, you can:
- Download the conversation as a text file
- Export it as a PDF
- Share via your device's share function or copy it to the clipboard
