Generate a property valuation report
Export a property valuation as a finished PDF report with your own logo. Choose between the main report and reference properties, and pick Danish or English before downloading.
Once you have run a property valuation, you can export the result as a finished PDF report with your own logo in the title block. The report gathers the price estimate across condition levels, the key figures and the comparison basis in a single document you can share or archive. You choose the language yourself — independent of the app's language.
1Run the valuation first
Open Boligvurdering in the left sidebar under Vurdering, search the address and run the estimate. The report is built from the result on screen, so make sure the parameters are how you want them before you generate.

The download buttons only become active once there is a result. The reference-properties button additionally requires that the valuation found comparable trades.
2Choose which report to download
Below the result you'll find two download buttons — each with its own purpose:
Download report (PDF) — the valuation itself: price estimate, condition levels and key figures. Download reference properties (PDF) — the comparison basis: the registered trades the estimate rests on.
The main report documents what the property is valued at. Reference properties document why — the trades the model compared against.
3Choose language before downloading
Click a download button and pick the language in the menu:
The report renders in the chosen language regardless of the app's language — so you can produce an English report from a Danish interface and vice versa.
While the file is being built, the button shows Generating report.... The PDF downloads automatically when it's ready.
4What the report contains
The main report gathers the valuation into clear tables:
- Price estimate across condition levels — from Poor condition through Average condition to Perfect condition, so you see the full range for the area.
- Key figures — including the number of Comparable trades, Avg. distance and Coast distance.
- Property data — property type, area, build year and address the valuation was built on.
The numbers above are an example — your report shows the actual values for the property.
5Logo and sender
If your team has set up a company title block, your logo and company name are inserted into the report automatically. If there is no logo, the report is generated neutrally. The title block is set up once in settings and used across the reports.
The title block is the team's shared sender. To change the logo or company name, edit it in the setup — not in the individual report.
