Enable or disable modules for the team
Owners and admins enable or disable modules under Team-administration → Settings → Modules. Control AI assistants, Map, Property search, Property transactions, Companies and Property valuation for the whole team with one click — changes take effect immediately.
As an owner or admin you decide which modules your team can see and use. Modules are controlled with on/off switches in one place, and the change takes effect for every member immediately — disabled modules disappear from the navigation, so the team only sees what is relevant to you.
1Open the module settings
Click Team in the sidebar to open Team-administration, and select the Settings tab:
Scroll down to the Modules section. Every module is listed here with an on/off switch on the right.
The Settings tab requires admin or owner permissions. Regular members and viewers don't see Team-administration in the sidebar.
2Understand the six modules
Each module controls a whole feature group in the app. If you switch one off, it is hidden in the navigation for every member of the team.
AI assistants — Chat with BR18, Planning Act, VAT, Development and Design. Map — Geographic map view and search. Property search — Search and analyze Danish properties via BBR/EJF. Property transactions — Collect and organize reference properties. Companies — CVR lookups and company analysis. Property valuation — AI-based price estimate for a home.
3Switch a module on or off
Use the on/off switch next to a module to change its status:
Map Companies Property valuation
When you flip a switch, the change is saved automatically and you get a confirmation: Map enabled or Map disabled. While the change is saving, the switch shows a brief loading indicator.
Members gain or lose access immediately. A disabled module disappears from their sidebar the next time the page refreshes — there is no extra confirmation, so double-check before switching off a module the team relies on.
4Who can change modules
Only admins and owners can change module access. If you lack the permission, the switches appear locked and a note explains:
Only admins and owners can change module access.
If you are an Arcili admin, you also see this reminder above the module list:
You are an Arcili admin and have access to all modules regardless of tenant configuration. Toggling here only affects other members.
