Add and manage company domains
Link your email domains to the team so new users automatically gain access at signup. Add domains under Team → Settings → Company domains, track verification status and remove domains again.
Company domains let you link your organization's email domains (e.g. company.com) to the team so new users automatically gain access at signup. You add the domains yourself, and Arcili Support verifies them before they start auto-adding users. Here's how to find the setting and manage your domains.
1Open Company domains
Go to Team, select the Settings tab and scroll down to the Company domains section:
The section shows a short explanation and the list of domains already linked to the company.
Only admins and owners can add or remove domains. With the Viewer or Member role you can see the section but not change it.
2Add a domain
Type the domain into the field and click Add:
company.com
Once added, you'll see the confirmation Domain added. Awaiting verification from Arcili Support.
You cannot add public email providers (gmail, hotmail, etc.) — only domains that belong to your company.
3Understand verification status
Each domain in the list shows its status as a badge:
company.com — Verified newdomain.com — Awaiting verification
- Awaiting verification — the domain is registered but does not yet auto-add users. Verification is performed by Arcili Support.
- Verified — the domain is confirmed. New users who sign up with an email on this domain automatically get access to the company.
Below the list, a reminder appears as long as a domain is unverified: Unverified domains do not auto-add users at signup. Contact Arcili Support when you're ready for verification.
4Remove a domain
Click the trash icon next to the domain. A confirmation dialog Remove domain? opens and explains that the domain will no longer auto-add new users at signup — existing members are not affected. Click Remove to confirm, or Cancel to keep the domain.
If no domains have been added yet, the section shows the text No domains added yet. instead.
