Install and use the mobile app
Get Arcili for iOS and Android, sign in with password, email link or biometrics, grant camera, location and notification permissions, and turn on push.
Arcili is a real app for iOS and Android, so you can work with the map, properties and valuations straight from your phone or tablet. This guide takes you from install and sign-in to the biometric shortcut, the permissions the app asks for, and setting up push notifications.
1Install the app
Get Arcili on your device:
- iOS: Search for Arcili in the App Store and tap Get.
- Android: Search for Arcili in Google Play and tap Install.
Open the app once it has downloaded. You land on the sign-in screen.
Arcili is invite-only. You need an account before you can sign in — if you don't have one, ask a colleague to invite you, or contact us.
2Sign in
On the sign-in screen, choose how you want to sign in using the tabs at the top:
With a password
Fill in your details and sign in:
••••••••
Turn on Remember me before you tap Sign in — that is the prerequisite for enabling biometric sign-in (see step 3).
With an email link
Select the Email link tab, enter your email and tap Send login link. You get a confirmation: Check your inbox. Open the link in your email to sign in without a password.
Switch language any time with the flag button in the top-right of the sign-in screen — it toggles between Danish and English.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? to get a reset link.
3Enable biometric sign-in
When your device supports Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint, you can sign in without typing your password every time.
- Sign in with your password while Remember me is on.
- Arcili stores your sign-in securely on the device and confirms with a message.
- Next time the sign-in screen appears, tap the biometric button — for example Sign in with Face ID or Sign in with Fingeraftryk.
- Confirm with your biometric data. If your device can't read it, the app falls back to the device PIN or pattern.
Biometric sign-in is attempted automatically once each time you reopen the app.
If you sign out, the stored credentials are cleared and biometric sign-in is turned off until you sign in with a password again.
4Grant the right permissions
Arcili only asks for a permission when it actually needs it. Tap Allow in the system dialog the first time the feature is used:
- Camera — when you attach a photo in a chat or a project, the app asks whether to take a new photo or pick one from the gallery.
- Location — tap Show my location on the map to center it on your position.
- Notifications — enabled under Settings (see step 5).
You can always change the permissions again in your device's system settings.
5Turn on push notifications
Push notifications only work in the app — not in the browser. Here's how to turn them on:
- Open Settings from the profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Find the Notifications section.
Project agent In the app — Show new properties in the notification panel By email — Get an email when an automatic scan finds new properties
Enable push
- Tap Enable push and grant the notification permission when the system asks.
- The status changes to Push notifications are enabled, and your device is registered automatically so you can receive alerts — even when the app is closed.
To turn it off again, tap Disable push in the same place.
The In the app and By email options under Project agent control those channels on every platform. Device push is the extra mobile channel on top.
6Screen orientation and navigation
- Phones are locked to portrait so the layout always fits.
- Tablets allow both portrait and landscape.
- Navigate via the bottom bar: Overview, Map, Toolbox and Profile.
- On Android, the phone's back button closes open panels and modals before it navigates back.
Notifications and shared links open the right page directly in the app — for example a specific property — so you jump straight to what the message is about.
