Sign in to Arcili
How to sign in to Arcili with a password or an email link, enable biometric login on mobile, switch language and land on your Overview dashboard.
Arcili is invite-only, and you sign in the same way in the browser and in the mobile app. You can choose between signing in with a password or a one-time login link sent to your email — and on mobile you can use your fingerprint or Face ID after your first sign-in. Here is the whole flow, from the login page to your dashboard.
1Open the login page
Go to the login page. If you are already signed in, Arcili sends you straight on to your dashboard. At the top you choose how you want to sign in:
Switch language at any time with the flag button in the top right of the page. It toggles between Danish and English and affects the whole app.
Don't have an account yet? Arcili is invite-only. At the bottom of the login page you'll find the Contact us link — or ask a colleague to invite you to the team.
2Sign in with a password
Stay on the Password tab and fill in your details:
Click Sign in. The button shows Signing in... while Arcili checks your details. If the email or password is wrong, you get an error message and the field shakes briefly — try again.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? to be sent a reset link.
Tick Remember me before signing in on your own device. It keeps you signed in for longer — and on mobile it is the prerequisite for enabling biometric login afterwards.
3Sign in with an email link
If you would rather skip the password, switch to the Email link tab. Enter your email and click Send login link.
Arcili then shows Check your inbox and sends a one-time login link to the address you entered. Open the link from your email to sign in without a password. If the link doesn't arrive, click Send again to get a new one.
4Use biometric login on mobile
In the mobile app you can sign in with your fingerprint or Face ID instead of typing your password every time.
It is enabled automatically the first time you sign in with a password while Remember me is on. The next time the login page appears, a button shows up at the bottom — for example Sign in with Face ID — which you tap to sign in with your biometric data. Arcili also offers biometric login automatically when you open the app.
Biometric login requires that you have set up a fingerprint or Face ID on the device. If your device is locked out after too many attempts, unlock it with your passcode before you can use biometric login again.
5After signing in
Once sign-in succeeds, you land on Overview — your dashboard and the starting point for the rest of the app. From here you continue to the map, property search, valuations and all the modules your team has access to.
If you clicked a shared link or a notification before signing in, Arcili sends you straight on to that page as soon as you are signed in.
