Entity cards: navigate from chat to details
The Assistant adds clickable entity cards beneath its answers. Learn to read the colour- and icon-coded cards for properties, companies and people, and use action cards to jump straight to the map, a valuation or the full detail page.
When you ask the Assistant about a property, company or person, it doesn't just reply with text — it adds clickable entity cards beneath the answer. Each card is a shortcut that takes you straight to the right place in Arcili: property details, a company profile, a person page, the map or a relevant analysis. Here's how to use them.
1How the cards appear
Cards show up automatically below the Assistant's reply as soon as it finds concrete data in a register — for example a company in CVR, a person, a cadastral parcel or a property. You don't need to do anything special: ask your question in Assistant and the cards come with the answer.

The Assistant shows the most relevant cards first (typically the top three matches). Ask more precisely — with an address, CVR number or postal code — if you want to narrow the results.
2Read the colour and icon codes
Each card is colour-coded by the type of data it points to, so you can tell them apart at a glance:
A company card shows the industry as a subtitle and an Active marker if the company is active in CVR. A property card shows use or area, and a person card shows e.g. their primary company or role.
3Click to go deeper
Click a card to navigate straight to the full detail page — without searching again:
- Property card → Properties (property details for the BFE number)
- Company card → Companies (company profile by CVR)
- Person card → the person's page with relations and portfolio
An icon on the right of the card signals that it opens a new page. On mobile the card gives a light haptic feedback when you tap.
4Use the action cards
Beyond pure data cards, the Assistant suggests action cards that take you to the right tool with the context already set:
Show on map — opens Map centred on the property Advanced property search — all results with filters Open property valuation — detailed valuation View comparable sales — opens Property transactions Open local plan as PDF — opens the document in the viewer
Action cards with a PDF action (e.g. Open local plan as PDF) open the document directly in the built-in PDF viewer instead of navigating away.
Want to dig deeper into an analysis? The Open property valuation card carries the address along, so the valuation is ready right away — no need to search for the home again.
