Download again: re-run previous exports

Re-run a previous property or company export with the exact same filters, polygon and columns against live data — straight from the notification center.

Updated 6 June 2026

Every time you export properties or companies, Arcili saves the export to your history — with filename, row count and status. With Download again you re-run the same search against live data, so you get a fresh file without setting up filters, polygon and columns from scratch.

1Find your export in the history

Every finished or failed export becomes a notification. Open Notifikationer in the sidebar, or click at the top to open the notification center.

Exports are tagged with the source Exports. On the Notifikationer page you can filter down to just those:

AllProject agentPipelineExports

Each row shows the domain (Properties or Companies), the filename and the result:

Export

Note

The status tells you what happened. Ready means the file finished building, and you see the row count. Failed means the export failed — failed attempts are saved too, so you can try again.

2Click Download again

On an export notification you'll find the button:

Download again

When you click it, Arcili reuses exactly the same parameters as the original export:

  • Filters — the search criteria you used
  • Polygon — the area you may have drawn on the map
  • Columns — the fields you chose to include
  • Format — Excel or CSV, just like the first time

So you don't have to remember or rebuild your setup. It lives in the export's history and is pulled back automatically.

3Understand that re-runs hit live data

Download again is not a copy of the old file — it's a brand-new run. Arcili sends the same search off again, but against the latest data.

Important

The result may look different from the first time. If the registers have been updated since the original export — new transactions, changed ownership, added or removed properties — the new file reflects that. That's the whole point: you get a fresh extract with the same scope.

4Follow the re-run until it's done

The re-run starts in the background. The download card appears in the bottom right and shows progress:

Download

properties-export.xlsx Downloading… 740 / 1,248

You can keep navigating the app in the meantime — the map stays where it is. When the file is ready, it's saved, and a new export notification appears in the history. To cancel midway, click on the download card.

Tip

If you need to keep an export current over time, re-run it periodically via Download again instead of rebuilding the search each time. Filters, polygon and columns come along unchanged.
