Track downloads in the Download center
Follow your exports live in the Download widget with status and progress — cancel mid-run, and find finished downloads in the notification center with 'Download again'.
When you export properties or companies, the file is built in the background — you can keep working in Arcili while it runs. The Download center is a small widget in the bottom-right corner that shows each export live with its status and progress, so you always know what is happening. Completed and failed exports are also logged in the notification center, where you can download them again.
1How a download starts
A download begins as soon as you confirm an export. Pick your columns and format in the export dialog, then click Download.
The dialog closes immediately and the export moves into the Download center. There is no need to wait on the page — move on to another property, a lookup or the map while the file builds.
You can run several downloads at once. Each export gets its own card in the widget and runs independently.
2Track status in the widget
The Download center is pinned to the bottom-right corner and survives navigation. Each card shows the export name, a status line and a progress bar:
Properties export Preparing…
The status text follows the export phases:
Once the row count is known, the bar shows an exact percentage. Otherwise it runs as an indeterminate animation until the file is ready.
3Cancel or close a card
While an export is running, the card has an button labelled Cancel download. Click it to stop the export right away.
When a download is finished or failed, the button switches to Close so you can clear the card. Closing the card does not lose the file — it is already saved to your device.
A failed export shows a red warning icon with the error text on the card, for example Error: …. It is also logged in the notification center, so you can try again later.
4Find finished downloads in notifications
When an export completes or fails, it is stored as a notification. Open the notification center via the icon to see the history with filename, row count and timestamp.
Each completed export gets a Download again button. It re-runs exactly the same search — same filters, polygon, columns and format — against the latest data, and you get a new notification when it is ready.
Use Download again when you want a fresh copy of a recurring export without opening the dialog and setting up the columns again.
