Notification settings: in-app, email and push

Decide where you get alerted about new project-agent hits. Turn the in-app and email channels on or off under Settings → Notifications, and enable device push on mobile. Settings are saved per user and apply across devices.

Updated 5 June 2026

Notifications keep you updated when your project agents find new properties. Under Settings you decide where you want to be alerted — inside the app, by email, or as a push notification straight to your phone. The settings are saved per user and apply across your devices.

1Open the notification settings

Go to Settings and expand the Notifications section. The subtitle shows the status — "Control your notifications" — and on mobile you can see whether device push is on or off.

Notifications — Control your notifications

Note

Notifications cover your Project agent hits — that is, new properties that match the search criteria you have set up. You also see them in the notification center via the bell icon in the sidebar.

2Choose channels: in the app and by email

Under the heading Project agent you will find two on/off rows. They apply on every platform — both in the browser and in the mobile app.

In the app Show new properties in the notification panel By email Get an email when an automatic scan finds new properties

  • In the app — new properties appear in the notification panel, so you catch them the next time you are logged in.
  • By email — you get an email each time an automatic scan finds new properties, so you do not need to keep the app open.

Tap a row to turn the channel on or off. Your choice is saved immediately, and the toggle responds instantly.

3Enable push on mobile

Push notifications are only available in the app. On desktop you see the text "Push notifications are only available in the app" instead, and device push cannot be turned on there.

In the mobile app you will find an extra on/off button below the channel choices:

Device push (in the app only)

Enable push Push notifications are disabled

Tap Enable push. The first time, the app asks for permission to send notifications — accept it, and your device is registered automatically. The status changes to "Push notifications are enabled", and you will now receive alerts even when the app is closed.

Important

If you decline the notification permission on the phone, push cannot be enabled. Turn it back on in your device system settings, then try Enable push again.

To turn push off again, tap Disable push in the same place. Your device is unregistered, and the status changes to "Push notifications are disabled".
