Notification center: agents, tasks and exports
The bell in the sidebar footer gathers new project agent matches, due pipeline tasks and export results. Filter by source on the full page, mark everything read, and re-run finished exports in one click.
The notification center gathers three kinds of events in one place: new property matches from your project agents, pipeline tasks that are coming due, and the results of your exports. The bell in the sidebar footer shows how much is waiting, and from the full page you can filter by source, mark everything read, and re-run finished exports.
1Find the bell in the sidebar footer
The notification bell sits at the bottom of the left sidebar. A count badge shows how many unread notifications you have — if there are more than nine, it shows 9+.
Notifications 9+
The count spans every source: new project agent hits, due pipeline tasks and unread exports. It updates automatically, so you see new events without reloading.
Don't want project agent notifications in the app? Turn them off under — the bell then stops counting them.
2A quick glance in the popover
Click the bell to open a panel with your notifications. At the top is the title Notifications and a count: Nothing new when there's nothing, otherwise e.g. "3 new".
3 new — Mark all read Follow-up · Vesterbrogade 12 · Today Properties · properties-export.xlsx · 120 rows My agent · Nørrebrogade 8 · +2.4M (+8.0%)
Each row shows a title, a subtitle (an address or filename) and how long ago the event happened. A small dot before the title marks unread notifications. Click a row to jump straight to the source — the agent, the deal in the pipeline, or the export. At the bottom, See all notifications takes you to the full page.
3Understand the three sources
Notifications come from three places, each with its own icon and colour:
Pipeline tasks sit at the top because they are time-sensitive, then exports, and finally agent hits. A finished export shows e.g. 120 rows, while a failed one shows Failed.
4The full notifications page
Click See all notifications to open the complete list at /notifikationer. Nothing is truncated here, and you can filter by source:
The list is sorted newest first. Pick a tab to see a single source — for example Exports when you're looking for a download. If there's nothing to show, you'll meet the empty state All quiet here with the text "New hits from your project agents, due dates and exports show up here."
5Mark read and download again
When there are unread notifications, Mark all read appears at the top — one click resets the count across every source. You can also mark a single notification read by clicking it.
A finished export carries an extra button, Download again. It re-runs the export with exactly the same filters and columns against the latest data — you don't have to reopen the export dialog.
Failed exports are logged here too, so you can see what went wrong. They don't have a Download again button — instead, start the export over from the properties or companies page.
