Project agents: monitor the market for matching properties

Set up autonomous project agents that scan active properties for sale and notify you when a property can be renovated above the asking price. Choose area, condition, threshold and scan frequency, and read qualified hits with upside in the list, map and dashboard widget.

A project agent is an autonomous watch on the housing market: you set up an agent with your criteria, and it scans active properties for sale and notifies you when a property can be renovated to a price above the asking price. Every hit is computed with the Valuation algorithm, so you see the potential value increase — not just a listing. Follow the flow from new agent to qualified hits.

1Open Project agent

Open Project agent in the left sidebar under Tools. The page gathers all your agents in one overview with a KPI strip:

If you have no agents yet, you see an empty state with the Create your first agent button. Otherwise My agents is shown with a List / Map toggle, so you can view hits geographically.

2Create an agent

Click New agent in the top right. A panel slides in from the side with these fields:

Note

Renovation is the active project type. Property project and Commercial conversion are marked Soon and cannot be selected yet.

Select one or more Areas — you can combine, for example, several postal codes or entire municipalities. Pick the Condition after renovation you expect to bring the property up to; that is the level the estimate is compared against.

3Set the threshold and economy

The agent only qualifies hits that meet your threshold. Choose what the threshold applies to:

A hit qualifies if either the DKK amount or the percentage is met — leave one field empty to use only the other.

Under Economy you can add renovation costs so the agent calculates beyond the raw value increase:

From these figures the agent computes Net profit and ROI per hit. If you choose Net margin or ROI as the threshold basis, hits qualify on that instead of the raw value increase.

Tip

Under Advanced filters you can narrow by Min./Max. floor area (m²), Min./Max. price (DKK) and Year built from/to. The fields are optional — set only those that matter to your search.

4Choose scan frequency

Decide how often the agent should work:

  • Manual only — the agent only scans when you click Scan now yourself.
  • Daily / Every 3 days / Weekly — automatic scan via background cron; you are notified of new hits.

Turn on Push notifications to get a notification on your device when an automatic scan finds new hits. Active controls whether the agent scans automatically at all — inactive agents do not scan. Finish with Create agent.

5Read hits and upside

Click an agent to open its detail. At the top you see Hits, Total upside and how many properties match In the area, plus a Scan now / Scan again button to start a scan. A scan runs in the background — you can leave the page while it continues.

The results sit under three tabs:

Each hit card shows the address, Asking → Estimate and Value increase → up to your chosen condition. New hits are tagged New, and you can click Open property page or Save to pipeline. On Map you see all hits with coordinates as pins; on History you see earlier scans and hits per scan.

Important

If you raise the threshold later, older hits are filtered out immediately — the list, overview and detail always show the same qualifying figure, so there is no ambiguity.

6Track hits from the dashboard and notifications

Your five strongest agents appear in the Project agents widget on the dashboard; click Manage to open the full list. When an automatic scan finds new properties, they land in the notification center under the Project agent source — and the link opens the agent's detail directly.
