Project sharing via link
Copy a share link to an entire development project or a single module (Development, Sales potential, Report) from the hub or module header, so a colleague opens exactly the right place on desktop.
Project sharing lets you send a direct link to an entire development project — or to one specific module within it — so a colleague lands in exactly the right place. The link is copied with a single click from the project hub or a module header, and opens the same project for the recipient.
1Open the project in Project development
Go to Project development in the left sidebar under Project development, and open the project you want to share. You land in the project hub with the project name, address and status at the top.
Project development requires a larger screen. The recipient must open the link on a computer (desktop ≥ 1024 px) — the page is not available on mobile.
2Copy a link to the whole project
Click the link icon in the hub header next to the status pill. The tooltip reads Copy project link, and once the link is on your clipboard the icon turns green with the text Copied!.

The link points to the project itself via its project ID. Paste it into an email, chat or message — the recipient opens the project directly in Project development.
3Share a single module
To send a colleague straight to one module, open the module first and use the link icon in the module header at the top. The tooltip reads Copy module link, and the confirmation is Link copied!.
You can share three modules:
- Development — the project development itself
- Sales potential — pricing and sales potential
- Report — the combined project report
The module link contains both the project ID and the module type, so the recipient opens exactly the module you were in.
4How the recipient opens the project
When the recipient opens the link, Arcili automatically loads the project — and jumps straight to the shared module if the link was a module link. The browser URL stays in sync as you go, so any project view can be copied and shared simply by copying the address from the address bar.
A share link is a direct link to the project, not a public page. The recipient must be signed in with access to the project in your workspace to open it.
