Invite a colleague to your team

Send an email invitation from the team page, choose the Viewer, Member or Admin role, add an optional message and send. Track pending invitations, which expire after 48 hours.

Invite a colleague by sending an email invitation from the team page, and decide their role up front. The recipient clicks the link in the email, creates or signs in to their account, and instantly gets access to your workspace with the role you chose. Only owners and admins can invite.

1Open the team page

Click your account at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Team in the menu — alongside My profile and Settings.

The team page opens on the Members tab. Here you see everyone in the company with name, email, last activity and role.

Note

If you don't see Team in the menu, you don't have permission to manage members. Only Owner and Admin can invite colleagues.

2Start an invitation

On the Members tab, click Invite member in the top right. A dialog opens.

Enter the recipient's email address in the Email field:

3Choose a role

Under Role, choose the access level the new colleague should have. The roles you can choose depend on your own permissions:

Role

Viewer — read-only access Member — regular access Admin — can invite/remove members

  • Viewer — read-only access. Can view their own data but cannot create, edit or delete anything.
  • Member — regular user access. Can work in the app (chat, projects, map), but has no administrative rights.
  • Admin — day-to-day operations. Can invite and remove users, change roles, and edit settings, modules and domains.
Tip

Choose the lowest role that does the job. You can always raise a colleague's role later by clicking the member on the Members tab and changing the role in the detail panel.

4Add a message and send

Optionally write a few words in Personal message (optional) — for example why you're inviting them. The message is included in the invitation email.

Hi, you've been invited to…

Click Send invitation. You'll get the confirmation Invitation sent, and the recipient receives an email with a link to accept. To cancel instead, click Cancel.

5Track the invitation

The sent invitation lands on the Invitations tab. Here you see who hasn't accepted yet.

Pending invitations

  • Invitations expire after 48 hours — if the deadline has passed, send a new one from Invite member.
  • To cancel an invitation before it's accepted, click Revoke. The link in the email stops working.
  • When the colleague accepts, they move from Invitations to Members with the role you gave them.
