Admin: Arcili staff accounts
Create and manage internal Arcili employee accounts — admin (Product Owner) and support — with role, magic-link login, last login and deletion. Admins only.
Arcili staff is where you create and manage internal Arcili employee accounts — product owners and support — kept separate from your customers' own users. Here you assign a role, send a magic-link login, see the last login and remove access again. Customer users are managed by their own owner/admin via the team page in the customer app — not here.
This page is for admins only (backoffice). You'll find it under Arcili staff in the Operations group of the admin menu.
1Understand the two roles
There are exactly two internal roles. Pick the role based on what the employee needs to do:
Support — Arcili support / sales — Support cross-tenant read access to customer data. Magic link for login. Admin — Product Owner — Admin full Arcili staff access incl. backoffice. MFA required.
If you choose Admin, MFA (two-factor) is required for admin actions. Support only gets read access across customers, not access to the backoffice.
2Find your way around
At the top, a stat card shows the total number of Arcili staff with a breakdown into admin and support. Below it you'll find search, a filter and the create button:
Search by name, email or tenant…
Use the role filter to narrow the list:
The table shows per employee: User (name + email), Role, Tenant, Last login and Actions.
3Create an Arcili employee
Click Create Arcili user to open the dialog. Fill in:
- Role — choose Support or Admin.
- Full name — e.g. John Doe.
- Email — Arcili staff are created with a @txm.dk email.
Role — Support — Arcili support / sales Admin — Product Owner Full name — John Doe Email — [email protected]
You don't set a password. The employee receives a magic link login by email and chooses their own password on first login. If you choose Admin, the dialog notes that MFA is required.
Finish with Create. You'll get confirmation that the user was created and a magic link was sent.
4Edit, resend or remove access
Each row has three actions on the far right:
- Resend welcome email — resends the magic-link email if the employee didn't get to log in.
- Edit — open the dialog and change name, email or role.
- Delete — remove the employee.
When editing, you can switch between Support — Arcili cross-tenant read and Admin — full Arcili staff access and save with Save.
If you click Delete permanently, the employee is permanently deleted from auth and all tenant memberships. The user's data (conversations, projects) is retained but no longer accessible.
