Admin: customer administration (tenants)

Create and manage customer accounts (tenants) in the Arcili back office: CVR lookup, plan and billing model, modules, members, plus suspend, resume or delete an account. Admin-only.

Updated 6 June 2026

Customer administration is the Arcili back office where product owners create and manage customer accounts (tenants). From here you link a company to the CVR register, set plan and billing model, control modules and members — and suspend or delete an account across its full lifecycle. This is an admin feature and requires admin access.

1Find the customer list

Open Tenants in the admin menu. The list shows every customer company with access to Arcili — search at the top to find a specific one:

Search by name, slug or CVR…

Each row shows key figures across the columns:

Tenants

Name · Slug · CVR · Plan · Status · Users · MRR (DKK) Active Suspended Deleted

Click a row to open the customer's detail page. Click Create tenant to add a new one.

2Create a customer with CVR lookup

In the Create tenant dialog you start with a lookup in the CVR register:

Search by company name or CVR number…

Tip

The CVR lookup is optional but recommended. It auto-fills name + slug and links public master data to the customer — address, company type, industry and status are synced on creation.

Then fill in the core fields:

Create tenant

Company name Slug (a-z, 0-9, -) Owner email — the first user who gets access Owner name (optional) Planfree starter pro enterprise BillingPer user / mo Flat price / mo Price (DKK / mo)

Choose the billing model carefully: Per user calculates MRR as price per user × number of members, while Flat price keeps the same monthly amount regardless of user count. Click Create — you are taken straight to the new customer's detail page.

3Edit master data, plan and status

On the detail page, editing lives under the Master data tab alongside Members Invoices Activity.

In the General section you edit Company name, Plan and Status. Status controls the customer's entire access:

  • Active — full access
  • Suspended — set this to suspend the customer temporarily
  • Switch back to Active to resume access

In the Billing section you adjust model, price, payment method and invoice recipient. Forecast MRR updates live as you change values. Under Modules you toggle access to individual products — Map Properties References Companies Valuation — and members gain or lose access immediately.

Note

The Internal notes section is visible only to Arcili staff. Use it for context about the customer, special agreements or contacts.

When something changes, Unsaved changes appears at the top. Click Save changes to save, or Discard to drop them.

4Sync CVR data and manage members

The CVR association section shows the linked company with master data fetched from the Danish Business Authority. Click Re-sync to pull fresh data — the name updates automatically if it has changed. If the customer has no CVR yet, search for a company and click Associate.

Under the Members tab you see the customer's users. You can change a user's role or remove a member — note that the last owner cannot be demoted or removed until a new owner has been appointed.

5Suspend, resume or delete a customer

You suspend a customer by setting Status to Suspended and saving — and resume by setting it back to Active.

Permanent deletion sits at the bottom in the Danger zone section. Click Delete tenant and confirm in the dialog:

Delete tenant?

What happens

  • Soft-delete: status set to "deleted"
  • All members lose access
  • Data is retained for 12 months before permanent deletion
Warning

Deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone without manual intervention. Consider setting the status to Suspended instead if the customer just needs to be paused.
