FAQ: what Arcili can — and can’t — do
Answers to the most common questions about Arcili’s capabilities and limits: advice, vision, transactions, uncertainty and sharing.
Arcili gathers public data and turns it into figures, valuations and reports — but it’s worth knowing both the possibilities and the limits. Here are answers to the questions we get most often.
1Does Arcili give legal or financial advice?
No. Arcili provides data-driven analyses and estimates as decision support — not legal or financial advice. Always double-check important decisions with a relevant professional, and use the app’s sources as a starting point.
2Can the assistant read my floor plans and images?
Yes. Vision-capable agents can analyse attached images and PDFs — e.g. a floor plan or a photo of a building. Attach the file in the chat and the agent reads it as part of your question.
Use a vision-capable agent when you attach an image. Otherwise the agent can’t see the image’s content.
3Can I trade properties or reserve plots in Arcili?
No. Arcili is an analysis and decision platform. It can value, compare and visualise — but it doesn’t complete transactions or reserve plots.
4What does it mean when an answer is "uncertain"?
Confidence and uncertainty indicators tell you how solid an estimate or answer is. If something is marked uncertain, it means the data basis is thin — ask the assistant for the sources and weigh the answer accordingly.
5Can I share a chat link with a colleague?
Chat links are personal and tied to your account. To share a conversation or a report, download it as a PDF and send the file instead.
