Language: switch between Danish and English
Switch the app language any time in Settings or on the sign-in page — the choice is saved across devices. Report language is chosen separately at download.
Arcili runs in both Danish and English, and you can switch language at any time — without logging out. The choice applies to the whole interface: menus, buttons, labels and the help articles. Here's how to switch, and what it affects.
1Switch language in Settings
Go to Settings in the sidebar and find the Language section. Choose between Danish and English:
Language — Dansk English
The entire interface switches instantly — no need to reload the page.
The setting is saved to your account and follows you across devices and sessions. Sign in on another computer or on mobile, and the language is the same.
2Switch language on the sign-in page
You can also switch language before you sign in. The sign-in screen has a flag button in the top-right — click it to toggle between Danish and English. Handy when a colleague with a different language signs in on the same device.
3What language affects — and doesn't
- Affected: all menus, buttons, tabs, field labels and help articles switch language.
- Not affected: data from public registries (addresses, company names, planning data) always appears in Danish, as that is the language of the sources.
- Report language is chosen separately: when you download a PDF, you can pick a Danish or English report independent of the app's language.
Need to send a report to an English-speaking recipient while you work in Danish? Leave the app in Danish and simply pick English in the language dropdown next to the download button.
