How your valuation and chat data is used

How Arcili handles, stores and protects your valuations and conversations — where it’s stored, for how long, and what it’s used for.

Updated 5 June 2026

When you run valuations and talk to the assistant, data is created. Here’s how Arcili processes, stores and protects it — so you know exactly what happens to your input.

1Chat history and attachments

  • Your conversations are stored securely so you can return to and export them.
  • Attachments (images, PDFs, documents) are stored securely and expire automatically after a period.
  • You can delete a conversation at any time; it’s then removed from backups within a short time too.
Note

Chat links are personal and tied to your account. To share a conversation with a colleague, download it as a PDF rather than sharing the link.

2Valuation input and feedback

  • The parameters you enter in a valuation (area, condition, build year) are used to compute your specific estimate.
  • If you give feedback on a valuation (thumbs up/down, actual price), it’s used to continually improve the model’s accuracy in that area.
  • Valuation input isn’t shared externally.

3What you control

  • Delete conversations individually from the history panel.
  • Export your data via Settings if you want a copy.
  • Delete your account permanently to remove everything.
Tip

Unsure about an answer from the assistant? Ask it for the sources — it works on public registries and can point to where a piece of information comes from.
