Introduction to Overview (dashboard)
A tour of Overview — your home screen in Arcili: global search, the map and tools bands, and widgets for project agents, recently viewed and notifications.
Overview is your home screen in Arcili — the first thing you see after logging in. From here you search for anything, jump straight into the map and your valuation tools, and keep an eye on your project agents, your recently viewed properties and new notifications. This guide walks you all the way around it.
1How to reach Overview
Overview opens automatically when you log in. Wherever you are in the app, you return to it via Overview at the top of the left sidebar.
At the top of the page Arcili greets you (for example Good morning) with today's date beside it, and below the greeting reads the line "Your platform for geodata, analysis and AI-powered insight".
2Search for anything from the home screen
The large search field at the top finds properties, companies, people and parcels in one place:
Search address, parcel, CVR or owner…
Type an address, a parcel/BFE number, a CVR number or a name — results appear as you type. Pick a result to go straight to its detail page.
You can also open the global search from anywhere in the app:
- Click Search in the sidebar, or
- Press the shortcut ⌘ Z (shown next to Search).
In the search modal you close again with ESC. Search needs at least 3 characters for names — a parcel (BFE) and CVR are recognised by their digits.
3Jump into the map and tools
Below the search field sit two bands that give direct access to the core modules.
The map band shows a live preview of the map with the text 300+ data layers — parcels, local plans, noise and environment. Click Open map to enter the map.
The tools band is a row of shortcuts to the modules that turn data into output. Each tile opens its module:
Ejendomshandler — find comparable trades within an adjustable radius Boligvurdering — data-driven price estimate based on local trades Rental Valuation — market rent in DKK/m²/month, adjusted to today Projektvurdering — AI-generated project proposal with building potential Projektudvikling — comprehensive development report with 3D proposals and PDF export
You only see the bands and tiles your team has access to. If the map band or a tool is missing, that module is not enabled for your team.
4Track your three lists
At the bottom sit three widgets side by side. They keep you up to date without you having to go looking.
Project agents
The Project agents widget shows your best-matching properties from the agents that monitor the market for you. Each row shows the property, a short subtitle, its list value and an upside in percent. Click a row to open the property, or Manage to go to your agents.
If you have no agents yet, it reads No project agents with the prompt "Create a project agent to watch for matching properties."
Recently viewed
The Recently viewed widget shows the properties, companies and people you visited most recently — each with a type icon and "x time ago". Click to return, or View all to open property search. When the list is empty it reads Nothing viewed yet.
Notifications
The Notifications widget gathers your latest events — new hits from project agents, tasks and exports — with the unread count in a badge. Click a notification to go straight to its source. When all is calm it reads All quiet with the text "No new notifications right now."
The notifications widget shows the same latest items as the bell icon at the bottom of the sidebar — so you catch new hits in both places.
