Sign out from this or all devices

Sign out locally from this device, or globally from all devices at once. Find both options under the Danger Zone in Settings, and use global sign-out if a device is lost or compromised.

Updated 5 June 2026

You can sign out of Arcili either locally on the device you're using, or globally across all your devices at once. The global sign-out invalidates every active session — use it if a device is lost, shared, or otherwise compromised. Both options live together in Settings.

1Open the Danger Zone in Settings

Go to Settings and expand the Danger Zone section. This is where the irreversible actions live — including both sign-out buttons.

Note

On mobile the global button is labelled Sign out everywhere with the subtitle End all sessions (including phone, tablet) — the function is the same.

2Sign out from this device

Click Log out to end your current session. You're returned to the login page, but your other devices stay signed in.

Use this for everyday sign-out — for example when you briefly step away from a shared computer and intend to sign back in yourself.

3Sign out from all devices

Click Sign out from all devices if you want to end every active session at once. Arcili first asks you to confirm:

Warning

Sign out from all devices? You will need to sign in again everywhere — including on phone and tablet.

Confirm to continue. All of your sessions are invalidated, and you'll see the Signed out from all devices confirmation before being sent to the login page. The next time you open Arcili on any device, you'll need to sign in again.

4When to use global sign-out

Choose Sign out from all devices when you need to cut off access immediately on devices you don't have to hand:

Lost device
Sign out everywhere
Phone or laptop is missing or stolen
Shared computer
Sign out everywhere
You forgot to sign out somewhere
Suspected misuse
Sign out everywhere
Password may be compromised
Tip

If you change your password under SettingsAccount, you're automatically signed out on all devices for security — so you don't need to run a separate global sign-out afterwards.
