Delete your account permanently

Delete your user account and all associated data. The action can’t be undone — you confirm with a code before it runs.

Updated 5 June 2026

Want to remove your account and everything tied to it? You can delete it permanently. It’s a final action, so Arcili asks you to confirm actively before anything is deleted.

1Go to the Danger zone

Open Settings and find the Danger zone at the bottom. Click Delete account.

2Read the consequences

You get a warning that the deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Your account and associated data are removed.

3Confirm with a code

To avoid accidental deletion you must type a confirmation code — e.g. I UNDERSTAND — before the button activates. The account is then deleted and you’re signed out.

Warning

Deletion can’t be undone. If you want a copy of your data, export it first via Settings. If the deletion was a mistake, contact support as soon as possible.
