GDPR, data access and deletion

Request an export of your personal data or delete your account with an undo period. All GDPR requests are tracked and audit-logged.

Updated 5 June 2026

Arcili gives you the rights GDPR prescribes — access to your data, a copy of it, and the right to be deleted. Here’s how to use them.

1Request a data export (Article 15 & 20)

Go to SettingsData security and request a data export. Your data is gathered asynchronously and can be downloaded as JSON when ready.

Note

The export covers your account and usage data. Market transaction data from public registries isn’t part of your personal-data export.

2Delete account with undo (Article 17)

You can delete your account with a 30-day undo period. You can see the status and cancel at any time until the period ends.

3Everything is tracked

All GDPR requests are audit-logged for compliance, and exports appear in your download history so you can follow them.
