Export account and tenant data
Admin/owner exports the whole team’s data as JSON; individual users export their own. Exports are tracked in the download history.
You can take a copy of your data — either as an individual user or, if you’re owner/admin, for the whole team. Both are delivered as JSON.
1User export (Article 20)
As a regular user: go to Settings → Data security and request an export of your own data. The export has a persistent history, so you can find earlier exports again.
2Tenant export (owner/admin)
As owner or admin: go to → Export data. It gathers the team’s data as JSON — documents, members and settings.
Only authorised roles (owner/admin) can export the entire tenant’s data. Regular members can only export their own data.
3Track the export
Exports are tracked with download history, so you can see what was fetched and when — and fetch again if you need to.
