- How your valuation and chat data is used How Arcili handles, stores and protects your valuations and conversations — where it’s stored, for how long, and what it’s used for.
- Land register, EJF and access control How sensitive registries like the land register and ownership are shown, what access requirements apply, and why actions on them are logged.
- Cancel team/account (Danger zone) As owner you can cancel the entire team from the Danger zone. Data is kept during a grace period, and the cancellation can be undone until it ends.
- Delete your account permanently Delete your user account and all associated data. The action can’t be undone — you confirm with a code before it runs.
- Export account and tenant data Admin/owner exports the whole team’s data as JSON; individual users export their own. Exports are tracked in the download history.
- Clear local cache Clear the app’s offline cache and local browser storage without logging out — e.g. if new data isn’t showing, or to clear address history. You stay signed in.
- What’s stored locally and in the cloud An overview of what Arcili stores where: search history in the browser, projects and notifications safely on the server — and how it’s protected in transit.
