Empty or unexpected property search results
What to do about empty or surprising property results: filters too narrow, area drawing and data lag.
Is the property search showing "0 results" or something surprising? It’s almost always the filters or the data basis — rarely an error. Here’s what to check.
1Loosen the filters
Filters on zone, use, area, price and period can quickly become too narrow, so together they match nothing. Reset all filters and add them one at a time — the live counter shows when a filter cuts results away.
2Use a drawn area
If address search doesn’t work for an area, draw a polygon directly on the map instead. It limits the search geographically and combines with your other filters.
3Remember data lag
Building data can be a couple of weeks behind reality. Historical properties without current data also can’t be filtered by area or type.
If the polygon area is very small, it may simply lack properties. Draw a slightly larger area and try again.
