Land register, EJF and access control
How sensitive registries like the land register and ownership are shown, what access requirements apply, and why actions on them are logged.
Some registries are more sensitive than others. Land register and ownership data are shown only under certain conditions, and actions on them are logged for compliance. Here’s the framework.
1The land register requires valid access
Land-register information — ownership and charges on real property — requires valid access/certificate. If it isn’t enabled for your team, a reference to open the land register directly at the official source is shown instead.
2What you can see
- Real property: ownership and charges.
- Co-op housing and vehicle registers for companies.
- Personal land-register lookups require birth data for a precise search.
3Actions are logged
Lookups in sensitive registries are audit-logged — who saw what and when — so usage can be documented for compliance. It’s part of working responsibly with personally identifiable data.
Access to the most sensitive registries is role- and permission-controlled. If you lack access to a piece of information, contact your admin.
