Admin: system health and data pipelines
Monitor pipeline status and data source sync from the admin dashboard so issues are caught before customers are affected. Admin-only.
For product owners and support it’s important to see that data is flowing before customers notice anything. The health overview in the admin dashboard gathers the status of the system’s data pipelines and external data sources. This page is for admins only.
1Open the health overview
Go to Admin and open the Health section. Here you see a combined status for pipelines and sync jobs.
2Understand the status indicators
Each pipeline reports an overall status:
- OK — the pipeline has run and updated as expected.
- STALE — a fresh run is missing; data may be outdated.
- ERROR — the latest run failed; see the error message.
3Triage early
Check the sync status for the external data sources, and catch STALE or ERROR before it reaches customers’ searches and valuations. Use the error message as a starting point to find the cause.
The health page is visible only to admin roles. It’s an internal monitoring tool, not a customer-facing feature.
