Notifications aren’t showing

Check settings and conditions if notifications don’t appear: agents must exist, hits are flagged new only once, and only due tasks show.

Missing alerts? Notifications in Arcili gather hits from project agents, due tasks and exports — but there are conditions for when they appear. Here’s what to check.

1Are notifications turned on?

Go to SettingsNotifications and confirm the channels you expect (in-app, email, possibly device push on mobile) are active.

2Is there anything to show at all?

  • Project agents must be created before hits can arrive. No agents = no agent notifications.
  • A hit is flagged "new" only the first time it’s discovered — once seen, the flag disappears.
  • Pipeline notifications appear only for tasks due today or overdue.
  • Only finished or failed exports are logged — not in-progress ones.
Tip

On mobile, push requires that you’ve granted notification permission and turned on Device Push under Settings. Without the permission, no push arrives.
